I am now officially 28.

hurray?

Hello lovelies, hows everything going?

So first thing's first is that my art thread is still very much active at this point in time, I try to post whatever I make every now and then improvements and all.

But more importantly, I'm put together my demo reel for all of you guys to see.

Obviously using my real name and what not but at this point, I gotta do the best I can on my end to show what I can do. The only other thing I'm working on is improving my site and doing a couple of projects I have going on the side so all is going well on my end.

I'm HOPING that this will help get me into the industry and if not right away, at least help pave the way for people to express interest in my skill set so I can continue the mastery of my own craft.

Oh and lastly I had a good time in New York City last week. So much so that I went back to my old art school in Brooklyn to see an old buddy of mind and got a chance to return to the best sculpture of Pratt Institute. Not to mention there was a nice little star wars replica exhibit that was going on too.

Fun time.

And moving to this week I found out a witch took some woman's identity in my hometown and managed to go into their TD bank account and took out a bunch of money fraudulently. This image being courtesy of my home town's PD.

Don't mind me I'm just strutting along back here to post my BS once more.

Not like I haven't logged on and back again to keep my notifications down or in case I needed to refer to something anyways, but, I'm posting again and that's what matters. Also I got a couple of things that I've been meaning to get done out of the way too. Much like the little animation up above done and a few commissions that I had piled up outside of newgrounds.

I also had the chance to go to the ocean over memorial day weekend. Got a little bit of sunburn but it was worth it to get a couple of photos.

Got a couple of awesome views that day.

I've been doing alot and I realized that some of the stuff that's been happening for the past few months have been getting to my mental health lately.

I do appreciate everyone's support as of late. I don't often express how grateful I am for the following I've built up so far and I hope to continue that moving forward but with a lot of the things that have been happening (not specific to just BBS stuff, but real life and other issues as well) I think for now the best thing I can do is take a step back to focus on myself for a bit and do some things to my own accord.

So yeah, #NGPepsiCollab is a thing. Wanted to do something different after doing a lot of the same things after a couple of months.

I bothered sharing this on Facebook and broke over 300 reactions and it's still going.

Now that's a small bit of success but it's success that I'll take.

Look I know I'm using Chris and Zach's cover here but I wouldn't want to listen to "Let it go" any other way.

He pretty much brought this on himself..

mainly because he got mad when I actually stuck up for him in one moment before he decided to screw up again in politics. While true, I did pick on him personally I think it’s kind of cute that the slander attempts about “gore dms” would make a difference but it’s not enough for me to be bothered.

Besides if I wanted to troll someone like that, I’d do it publicly like I would with Rule 34, take the ban if received then move on.

If I’m being honest this was the perfect opportunity for me to pick on him. Poor FireWaffle, has to resort to starting flame wars just because he’s not getting his way.

And... Holy shit am I taken back to how some of these things look compared to the stuff I have now.

Some of it's good and some of it well... Looks like shit.

This horrifying looking pixel art isn't nearly as good as some of the stuff I have now but if anyone really wants to know who this guy is based off of then take a gander at this video.

The coolest part is that it goes all the way back to 2009 when I'm pretty sure I got my start in pixel art too when I looked at the get info on one of the works I uploaded before updating them.

Kind of amazing how I've grown as an artist from when I started out to the here and now. And I still have many more years to come with these.

Thinkin' I might go back and re-make some of these at some point. I'm already intending to do so with one other piece as a side project but until then I'm going to be uploading some of the stuff I have with the years they were from indicated by the title. A lot of this is really some interesting stuff and you can see where I've worked to make improvements over the past 12 years of my interest in art before I became more active on here.

OTHER NEWS ON MY END:

1) As of right now I am putting the Corrupted OC requests on Hiatus and I am uploading what I currently have done from February and March. For more information please Click here in the recent post I have made for the thread.

2) Since at this point I am currently working on a Commission, there will be a post linking to the finished animation that will be hosted by my commissioners in the next coming weeks. Until then, I can link you to two of the things I already have done for VGTNYC last year here and here. By the way if you happen to be in New York City and happen to enjoy a good toke maybe consider checking them out yeah?

3) Planning a trip to California.

If any of you guys on the West Coast know a few good places to hit up that isn't some bullshit hollywood scene let me know! The more info I can get the better.
