I'm going to resubmit my review and add some insight.
I don't agree with censorship. The way I look at it despite the offensive imagery Black Sunshine is really about two cops who suck at their jobs and one of them is racist. This was also addressed in the sequel that Major was the worst offender.
I'm surprised it lasted on Youtube as long as it did but given today's political environment this wouldn't have gotten made today without it raising to many eye brows for obvious reasons. Satire exposes certain evils in the world and despite the twisted humor, this still is satirical on a real issue. So there is some level of appreciation for this in spite of it's controversial tone.
I'm keeping this at a 5 star rating more for the fact that this is a product of it's time now more than anything else when the internet wasn't opposed to offensive content as long as it was done with some level of tact.
